The Krewe of Choctaw is accepting applications for the 2011.  The membership dues are $325.00 per person which includes a spot on a float for the Street Parade, $5.00 ticket to the River Parade (if one is held), Costume, and mandated parade insurance coverage.

Be a V.I.P. -VIP package $1800.00 - includes costume - place on a float - Chief's Breakfast - food on your float - Beer and soft drinks on your float - mandated Insurance - Music on your float - River parade ticket (if one is held)  and throws already on your float - you do nothing but show up!

By submitting this application, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Krewe of Choctaw.  I also understand that the Captain has the right to refuse any member or members, for just cause, participation in any of the Choctaw events. If paying by credit card, I authorize Choctaw (Old Reliable Pleasure Club, Inc) to charge $325.00 for dues or the VIP  $1800.00 package selected, the credit card entered.
