The Krewe of Chief Choctaw is accepting applications for the 2012 parade.  The membership dues are
$300.00 per person which includes a spot on a float for the Street Parade, $5.00 ticket to the River
Parade (if one is held), Costume, and mandated parade insurance coverage.
It's that simple to be part of Mardi Gras!!!!

By submitting this application, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Krewe of Choctaw.  I also
understand that the Captain has the right to refuse any member or members, for just cause, participation in any of the
Choctaw events. If paying by credit card, I authorize Choctaw (Old Reliable Pleasure Club, Inc) to charge $300.00 for
membership dues
